Ajani has called the Big Island of Hawai'i "home" for 15 years, and is an experienced and compassionate teacher, lifelong student, certified wellness coach, and overall facilitator of wholistic health modalities and practices. Get professional support and guidance to accomplish your goals from an experienced Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) in areas of movement, nutrition, emotional, & spiritual well being. 3 - 6 month plans are available.
Guided Meditation
Don't just meditate - Go Deeper! Guided meditation sessions, and a YAECP course so that you can learn the process for your own wellness or to begin leading and instructing your own classes or sessions.
Yoga & Pranayama
Local or online, book a private group or one to one session. Great for: Corporate team building Maintaining wellness in the workplace Options include: Sequences thoughtfully built and personalized for your specific needs in mind. Online, at your home or vacation home
